  In today's society, where young people are often caught up in a cycle of conformity, experiencing identity crises, and seeking to replicate the images they see on media platforms, what does the future hold for our individuality if everyone is defined by the same narrow standards? Are we not, in effect, relinquishing our authenticity by trying to be something we are not? Certainly, the process of self-discovery is complex and multifaceted, encompassing values, principles, preferences, and more. Nevertheless, if we devote the time meant for introspection to emulating others, we risk losing touch with our genuine selves. To foster personal growth and a deeper understanding of oneself, consider the following recommendations:  1. Take a week-long break from media and use this opportunity to assess your strengths and weaknesses.  2. Create a list of everything that matters to you, including your core values.  3. Explore your innate talents.

Are Gentleman etiquettes Really outdated?
